Disney Trip

Ok, so the BAND OF GOLD, aka my high school band, is planning a DISNEY WORLD TRIP FOR THE BAND MEMBERS!!!!!! The thing is, it costs 700 DOLLARS!!!! I don't know how I'll be able to pay for that. Oh and, guess what!!!! The band is gonna do a parade around EPCOT!!!!! It's gonna be so flippin awesome! You have no idea how excited I am!!!! Just imagine, four and a half days at Disney World with my friends!!!!!! But my dad is coming so that will be fun too, since he's been more times than I have(1). Anyways, check back often for more posts. I'll keep you informed about my life as often as possible!!!!!

EFY OVER!

I got home from EFY on Saturday. On Monday I wanted to go back very badly. Even though this year was really different from last year, I had a lot of fun. So maybe I fought a few times with my best friend at night when we were both tired and grumpy and sweaty and dirty, but it was both of our faults. I am not placing the blame on anybody.
I loved the dances even though I didn't get to dance with a certain someone during a slow song the first dance I did get a chance during the second and last dance.
We did a service project, which was making yarn hats on a loom. I want one of those looms. They were easy to use.
Even though the food there tasted really good, there was a lot of grease and fat in it and usually I just ate at the salad bar. Even that had a little protien in it (dressing, eggs, cheese) and I was usually hungry when I woke up in the morning. The food had so much grease in it that everybody got a stomach ache an hour after meal times.
The thing about EFY that I love is that it is a haven, a safe place. No temptations and everyone is your friend (except for that one girl who liked the guy I liked but he didn't like her because she hit him until he had bruises. That really doesn't make sense. If you like a guy wouldn't you be nice to him and not hit him?)
I am definately going back to WKU in Bowling Green again. I really like the campus and if you know how to get around it is a lot less confusing.

EFY

I am leaving for EFY in a few hours. I am very excited because I am sharing a room with my bestest friend in Memphis, TN, ASHLEY BROUGH! The reason that I say that she is my bestest friend in Memphis is because I have two best friends in Mt. Juliet and a best friend in Illinois and a best friend in Utah. I have a lot of best friends.
So I am going to Bowling Green, KY for EFY at Western Kentucky University. It is a five-day church overnight camp sort of thing. I am soooooooo excited! I'll write in a week!!!!!!!!

OUR NEW HOUSE!!!!!

We are moving at the beginning of July. There are several pros to living in a house. Okay, before we lived in the apartment, I really wanted to try living in an apartment. WITHOUT THREE OTHER PEOPLE!!!!! I no longer have to share a room with my sister, I get more space, the quality of the house is almost 100% better than the apartment. The kitchen will be better and easier to clean than the stinky apartment kitchen. My room is the perfect size for me. I will be alot happier than I am now. The only con to living in this house is that swimming pool is far away.

YW Camp and EFY!!!

I am so excited for camp and EFY! Camp is on June 30th thru July 3rd. EFY is July 14th thru July 19th. I don't know where camp is, but EFY is at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. My best friend Ashley Brough and I are going to be roommates at EFY. We are going to have SOOOOOO much fun. Holly says she wants to go to a different EFY than me every year. Lately she has been trying to avoid being close to me, and I don't get it. She just doesn't like being around me. I don't like it, but it is her decision. Not my fault.

Braces... ugh, no!

Alright, I guess its no secret that I got braces a few weeks ago. They hurt like Hades, but I have gotten used to them. And its okay, the rubber bands hardly bug me anymore. My tongue hurts too from the turbos.

New House

Okay so I think we have finally found a house here in MJ, TN that we actually like. We have made an offer, the owners counter-offered, and I think we are going to get the house!!!!!!!!!!
I am so excited! I have already decided what colors I want to paint my room. The walls will be parchment (a yellowish-white) colored with elegant music notes on it and a quote stenciled on one wall.
OKAY!!!!!!! HERE'S WHERE YOU ALL COME INTO THE PICTURE: I NEED A QUOTE THAT IS ABOUT MUSIC!!!!! IT NEEDS TO BE, WELL, YOU KNOW, INTELLIGENT. I WILL GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!!!!!
